Fully insured delivery

Delivery is free on every order. Your items are sent by insured, secure delivery and are covered for their full value until they are signed for at your door. Parcels are packed discreetly, with no indication of the contents on the outside.

Insurance: covered up to the full value of your order
Signature required: yes — every delivery must be signed for

Collect in person in Hatton Garden

You are welcome to collect your order from our shop at 5 Hatton Garden, Holborn, London EC1N 8AA. Collection is free — please have photo ID to hand, as required by UK anti-money-laundering law we may need to verify identity.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–17:30, Saturday 11:00–17:30.

As required by UK anti-money-laundering law we carry out anti-money-laundering checks. Occasionally this can delay an order — we will contact you if anything is needed.
